This is a temporary website for
distributing new versions of ClemSAM to those who have received ClemSAM by attending
training events or having been given the application by an Extension Agent
or its developers.
The hyperlinks above allow the user to
download the most recent version of ClemSAM. When you select the link, you will
be given the option of “Run, Save, or Cancel”. Run will initiate the install
process immediately, Save will allow the user to download the file to their
machine and then by double-clicking on the file from that location will
begin the installation process and Cancel will cancel the request.
The user must uninstall both LANDSMART and
ClemSAM from their machine prior to installing the newer version. (Do not
choose ‘Run’ unless you have previously uninstalled the
applications) These applications do not store data internally so there is no danger from the uninstall
process of the user losing any data. ClemSAM must be uninstalled first
and then uninstall LANDSMART.
Uninstall the applications through the Control Panel’s Add or
Remove Programs. ClemSAM is
named ‘LANDSMART ClemSAM’ in Add or Remove Programs.
Install LANDSMART first and then ClemSAM.
It is recommended that you select ‘Save’ to save the files
locally before beginning the installation process. If you feel
uncomfortable with the process, select the LANDSMART and ClemSAM Instructions
link above to get detailed instructions.
